Cityzens of the world, from more than 20 years they live in Mexico, first in the beautiful colonial center of Oaxaca where thet started and run the restaurant Los Chalotes, situated in the patio of the convent of St. Paul, the most ancient of the city. Here the traditional french cuisine fame grew up...so in 10 years activity it earned the international criticism respect with different official recognitions. Los Chalotes finished its activity shortly before the 1998 earthquake damaged notably the convent. |
